PeriBalance is a structured container with built-in follow-ups, check-ins, and lab review so we can make progress, measure response, and adjust your plan consistently over time.

Do I need to do all the testing?

Baseline labs are strongly recommended. Midpoint and advanced hormone testing are optional and depend on your symptoms, goals, and whether we’re assessing HRT or MHT readiness.

Is this covered by insurance?

Many extended health plans cover naturopathic visits. Lab testing costs are typically separate.

What if I’m already on MHT or considering it?

We can assess symptoms, track patterns, review labs, and discuss readiness and options in a grounded, evidence-informed way.
