Holistic Nutrition

Holistic nutrition is the practice of rebalancing and looking at the root cause of any disease, pain, illness or discomfort in the body through food, movement and mindset. 

A holistic nutritionist is taught to look at the whole body, not just the individual problem, to provide overall support. Nutritionists create programs that target the individual needs, starting with the main health concern and working to relieve any symptoms pertaining to that body system. We work one-on-one with the person to build programs that include meal plans, supplementation, mindset and movement guides. Holistic nutrition is based on education and teaching people to feel empowered in their food and lifestyle choices, and allow for them to feel healthy and happy in their body.  

ABOUT YOUR VISIT

Preparation for your appointment

Initial visit - 75 min ($175)

This consultation is deep dive into your main health concerns and goal and connect those concerns to imbalances within different bodily systems. In this consultation we will, 

  • Identify nutritional and health stressors 

  • Discuss main health concerns, health history, energy levels and food preferences.

  • Go over intake forms.

  • Customized Nutrition Protocol.

  • Individualized Dietary, Supplement and Lifestyle Recommendations.

 

4 Month Nutrition Package ($450)

This package is for those following a 4 month detailed nutrition plan after an intial consultation. The individualized plan focuses on resting, restoring and balancing the body that connects body, mind and soul. It includes;  

  • Customized and detailed Nutrition Protocol.

  • Personalized dietary, supplement and lifestyle Recommendations.

  • Weekly 5 day meal plan.

  • Educational nutritional  information.

  • Mindset work.

  • Monthly 15-25 minute follow up appointments to assess progress and make changes as needed.

6 Month Nutrition Package ($650)

This package is for those following a 6 month detailed nutrition plan after an intial consultation. The individualized plan focuses on resting, restoring and balancing the body that connects body, mind and soul. It includes;  

  • Customized and detailed Nutrition Protocol

  • Personalized dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations 

  • Educational nutritional information 

  • Weekly meal plan

  • Mindset work

  • Monthly 15-20 minute follow up appointments to assess progress and make changes as needed
