Unless you have already submitted the COVID-19 screening questionnaire in Outsmart, please submit a screening questionnaire before your appointment. Please do so by clicking the button below. The answers will go directly to your practitioner for documentation. 

Please be aware of proper handwashing techniques, especially before, during and after your session at Healing House. Click the button below for a quick reference and guide. 

Since our mobile phones travel with us and account for one of the highest touch surfaces during our day, it's important to clean them once a day. See below for a quick one-page guide on how to do this properly.

With the health of all of us in mind, here's how things will look & work a bit differently.

  • Patient Screening: All patients will be screened via an electronic survey 24 hours before the scheduled appointment as well as verbally upon arrival to the clinic. Any positively screened patients will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be referred to their local health facility for testing.

 

  • Hygiene: You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entry and before existing the clinic. Staff will continue to wash or sanitize hands after each patient. We have increased our sanitization procedures to include sanitization of the entire treatment room, high touch surfaces, and if used the bathroom, between each patient visit. The entire clinic will be fully sanitized twice a day, including the bathroom. 

 

  • Personal Protective Equipment: All practitioners will wear masks & appropriate PPE. We ask that all gloves be removed before entering the clinic (disposable gloves are available as needed). Please wear your own mask upon arrival and keep it on for your time in the clinic.

  • Patients only please: Please leave all children and other family at home. Should you absolutely need someone else to join you, they will be screened as well.

 

  • Arrive max 5 minutes early: To maintain physical distancing within the clinic we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. The clinic doors will be locked and your clinician will call you to let you know that it is safe to enter. Your clinician will open the doors for you, welcome you into the clinic to sanitize your hands and escort you directly to your treatment room. 

   

  • Appointment stagaring: There will be 15-30 minutes between each appointment to allow for proper sanitization, air filtration, etc. Physical distancing procedures are already in place in clinic including limiting the number of practitioners in the clinic at one time.

 

  • Continued Online Payments & Bookings: We continue to use contactless payment options (payment through our invoicing system which is emailed to you the day of your appointment or by e-transfer)

  • Practitioner screening: Our practitioners submit a COVID-19 screening questionnaire before they start each and every shift in order to ensure that they are in good health able to practice safely.
